The User / Customer undertakes to indicate the exact telephone number, delivery address, to pay the price of the goods, as well as the delivery costs when it is not free and to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods. If it is not explicitly stated that the delivery is free of charge, it shall be considered remunerative. An order will be delivered within one to three working days after receiving and confirming the order. All deliveries are made by courier companies. Immediately after delivery of the goods by courier, the Merchant is released from the risk, which is transferred to the User / Customer. The merchant is not responsible for the delay in case the delay is due to a courier or other reason. If after sending the order and upon receipt of it, damage to the goods is found, it is delivered in damaged packaging and unfit for use for various reasons, the Merchant is not responsible for the warranty service of this product. The User / Client has the right within 7 days from the date of receipt to refuse the purchased goods by returning it to us and the transport costs to us are at his expense. In this case, the goods must be in undamaged packaging, without any attempts at operation or other interference. We accept this right of the User / customer as a wrong purchase and undertake to refund the full amount within 30 days. Upon delivery of the goods, the User / Customer or a third party signs the accompanying documents. Anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods for delivery and is at the specified address, is considered a third party. In case of refusal to receive the goods, except for the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the User / Customer must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods. In case the User / Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the Merchant is released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase. When the delivered goods do not correspond to the goods ordered for purchase by the User / Customer and this can be established by its ordinary inspection, the User / Customer may request that the delivered goods be replaced with a corresponding purchase order within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery of models for maintenance and repair is made at the expense of the User / Client.
